Some Bird & Dot collections may be offered for preorder before inventory arrives.
Payment
Preorder purchases are charged at the time the order is placed.
Estimated shipping dates
Estimated arrival and shipping windows are listed on the applicable product page.
These dates are estimates and may change due to manufacturing, freight, customs, weather, or carrier delays.
If a significant delay occurs, we will notify affected customers and provide updated information.
Where applicable, customers may choose to continue waiting or cancel the preorder for a refund before shipment.
Orders containing preorder and in-stock items
Orders containing both preorder and in-stock items may be held until all products are available or may ship separately depending on fulfillment requirements.
If you need an in-stock item sooner, we recommend placing it in a separate order.
Preorder cancellations
Preorders may generally be canceled for a full refund before the item ships unless the product is customized or otherwise marked final sale.
