How do preorders work?
Preorder items are charged in full at checkout to reserve your item. The estimated arrival date shown on the product page refers to when inventory is expected to arrive at Bird & Dot. Once it arrives, we’ll process and ship orders as quickly as possible.
Can I pick up my order locally?
Yes. At checkout, choose FREE Local Pickup — Hamilton, GA under Shipping. You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready. Please wait for that notification before arriving.
Can I choose local pickup for a preorder?
Yes. Select FREE Local Pickup — Hamilton, GA under Shipping at checkout. Your preorder will be available for pickup after it arrives at Bird & Dot and has been prepared.
How long does shipping take?
In-stock orders fulfilled by Bird & Dot are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Shipping transit times are shown at checkout. Preorder items will ship after they arrive at Bird & Dot.
Will everything in my order arrive together?
Not always. Some products are fulfilled directly by production partners and may arrive separately. If an order contains both in-stock and preorder items, the full order may be held until the preorder item is available unless otherwise stated.
How do I track my order?

What size are the Mahjong mats?

Can I cancel a preorder?
Preorders may be canceled before they are fulfilled or marked ready for local pickup. Once shipped or ready for pickup, the regular Return and Refund Policy applies.
